Statement of Policy

The Partners of Architon LLP recognise the importance of ensuring and maintaining the health, safety and welfare of all our employees at their place of employment, travelling to/from and whilst on Client/Contractor sites.

It is our policy to do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury and damage to property and to protect everyone from foreseeable work hazards, including the public, insofar as they come into contact with the company.

It is our equal aim to ensure that the same high standards of health and safety will be reflected in the design of projects for our clients.

Implementation of this policy will be achieved by compliance with the legal requirements for provision of safe and adequate work systems, safety supervision and training to ensure competence in our workforce.

Co‑operation on the part of all employees is vital to the success of the objectives of our Health and Safety Policy and this will be actively encouraged.

Overall responsibility for implementation and monitoring of the policy is vested in Mr C Davis, Senior Partner, and he will be assisted by the other Partners.

Architon LLP have never received any enforcement notices or prosecutions.

The Health and Safety Policy (HS-01) will be reviewed at least once a year as part of the Practice Systems audit and, at the Management Review, any issues that have arisen over the previous period will be identified and remedial actions agreed. This review should be carried out with no restriction on resource or finance to ensure that the Architon H+S Policy is in line with, or exceeds, current best practice.
